I had a similiar fault were the rear tail lights stopped working, traced the fault to the multi plug behind the footwell side cover on the n/s front footwell,
check wires on either side of plug and I think you will find that is the problem
hi, I have a 98 omega elite estate 2.5 auto, the problem I am having is the rear n/s lights have stopped working, tow ball connection for electrics working ok, all other lights working, tried new bulbs, then did a power test, no live feed to the n/s rear light, all fuses ok, anybody any suggestions about a connection hidden or joints, regards
It does not matter what car you tow with, fuel economy always takes a nose dive as soon as you start to tow anything. LPG will give you a cheaper running cost but a loss in power whilst running on lpg.
Have checked the levels several times as described in the haynes manuel, it has used oil on ech occassion, it is definately gearbox oil thats leacking coming from bottem of bell housing bolts. As son as the level begins to drop the car begins to judder because its failing to take up the drive correctly, the car has done 160k miles and only passed it MOT again on Friday
