Omega General Help / 2.5 TD Cabin ventilation control

Hi, I only have cabin ventilation emitting from the windscreen and rear passenger compartment vents. Do I have a problem with the vacuum pipes connected to the rotor attached to the directional control knob, and, if so, what should I do? Patmell.
