Hi was hoping someone can tell me how to convert the flashes from the eml while doing the paperclip test into a fault code, when i do it i get the light to flash 10,3,3,5,10,3,4,10,3,5,1,10 then it repeats, not sure if i am reading this right or not so any help would be great, from reading through the forums i am guessing its the crank sensor,if so how can i tell what one i need to get for it to be right for the engine, its a r-reg 2.0 cheers

Omega General Help / engine electronics warning light
« on: 15 June 2008, 18:46:21 »
Hi everybody was hoping someone may be able to spread some light on a problem i am having with my 2lt r-reg omega, the past couple of days the engine electronics warning light has come on,when this has happened i have turned the engine off and restarted and it has always gone out with seemly no effects on the running of the car,but today i was driving when the revs dipped and the light came on,so i pulled over and the revs were going up and down so i turned the engine off and restarted and again no problems again for thr rest of the day,but am guessing there may be problems ahead so would like to sort it before it lets me down
