Omega General Help / does this seem a fair price ?

Hi all I have had a few quotes on changing the cam belt on my gls 2.0 ltr v reg and the cheapest was £110 + vat for the kit, fitted does seem a fair price ( it is from a garage )

hello everyone I have just taken ownership of an omega 2.0 gls I must admit I know nothing about cars but this one just took my eye coz it looks fab, BUT I am having a bit of a problem. It is an auto and it keeps cutting out just after it has "warmed up"  could anyone point me in the right direction as to what the fault may be.
