Omega General Help / re-fitting the sill

Thanks to a a very low wall at the top of a car park ramp my passenger side sill finished up on the floor with a large gash in the middle. I have repalred it but am not sure how to refit it. I would be grateful for help. Two of the retaining clips were damaged but most of them seem OK. Thanks
