Did you check the hose on the fuel pump for cracks? Also important to make sure the hose isn't kinked causing the throughput to be restricted.

You shouldn't. The original is also ABS.
The picture Vega posted is from my reproduction. I was lucky enough to have some contacts in the 3D printing world and got at it. We have tried several options like ABS, which has several disadvantages. After quite some testing I ended up having these print on an industrial 3D printer, using Nylon as a fillament. I dare to say it is better than the original and not as costly as the aluminium ones.
Fun fact, the other adjuster in the headlight on the outer side... the one that never breaks... is also from nylon. So were the adjusters in the very old headlights before the clear 'glass' Hella units were available.
Also tried a version from Poland, made from PU and with a metal front.. that one came loose after less than a year.

Like Vega I am running the Powerflex + Strongflex Yellow combination and so far no complaints. I like the design of the Strongflex better as these don't have the metal ring, so I assume it does not stress the wishbone as much as some of the other designs I have seen.
From Powerflex front bushings + new OEM rear bushings (for +/- 30k km's) to the current setup (+/- 8k km's) has proven to be a very great upgrade. The car feels much more stable in corners and especially at roundabouts the handling is so much better. Also with the Brembo brakes it is also more stable if those are put to the test.
I would advice to be smart with the wishbones that are being used, I've seen PU mods being put in pretty rusty arms.. not the best idea.

Won't be a fit, as the dual mass flywheel of the V6 has 8 mounting holes, the 2.0 and 2.2 only have 6 of those.
Did a motorswap in one of my Omega's, from 2.0 to 3.0 and keeping the manual of the 2.0.. had to replace the flywheel and clutch (bigger size as well).

Every week, especially with all the salt on the road (and therefore on the car) unless temps are sub-zero.
Two buckets, microfiber washmitt, and some extra attention to the inside of the wheel arches to make sure these aren't collecting dirt and keep the rust away as long as possible.

Nice to see you created a topic again here too. I am a follower of your FB page for quite a while now and really like seeing your efforts getting this MV6 back on the road. Got to give some credits for the nice photo's too.. makes it a lot of fun too. I've been reading through all these pages again.

Currently I don't, sorry. These are so rare and yet so popular at the same time.
Same with that rear bumper I am looking for, quite a pain to find. Especially as I prefer the one with the double left instead of the duplex, though a duplex bumper would be great to have too.
