Omega General Help / estate rear folding seat lock

I have a 98 estate and one of the folding rear seats the passenger side the lock which holds it in the upright position is broke this stops the middle seat belt working and hence is an MOT failure anyone ever fixed one of these it seems that when you push the button down to release the seat it pushes 3 cables which release locks on the bottom of the seat, help please

hi have used mastertec for the last 3 yrs and found them very good run by ex vauxhall mechanics phone 01708374222 ask for michael they were recommended on the "preloved" web site there is a big omega forum on there good lick

hi anyone help I have a 98 tourer estate to lower the rear folding seats the split rear seats have a push button at the top in the corner of each side now the passenger side button will not come back up so cannot lock seat in place and the centre seat belt will not pull out is this fault seat belt problem connected to  the seat problem as is now MOT failure  help please
