The moulds are all epoxy. The set in the pictures was air gun painted by me but I`ve already found car bodyshop which will paint it professionally in a chamber for me.
Once again thanks for your help. I don`t think I`m gonna do anything with the moulds now. It took me too long to make theese. But I`ll use the clues you gave me making next moulds. I`m planning to manufacture Audi A4 Carbon interior as next.
Now I can`t afford experimenting, I have to start selling. I put a lot of money in the oryginal interior parts for moulds, materials for moulds and tests (vacuum stuff)

sev: yes, I did all the moulds. Firstly the idea was to make the moulds polished so that every part comming out of it would be finished. Unfortunatelly I couldn`t reach the satisfying effect. So I changed the strategy and now I demould them as unfinished and cover it with car laquier.
Thanks for your clues.

Skruntie: I`ll try to post pictures the reverse side of panels for you tommorow.  :)

Actually it was made by me. The first set(the one in the pictrues) is not perfect yet. As you noticed the central panel is not shining as it should. But I`m working on it.

I`m trying to find people who might be interested in buying kit like in the picture below:

They are thin-walled covers(0,5mm). You don`t need to dissamble anything to fix them. It takes 5min.

How much do you think it should cost? I mean I`ve got my price, but I`d like to know how much do people price it.

Real carbon fibre-epoxy composite.

What do you think of that?
