Or Carlton, I know, but the fact you have to give these away doesn't help matters and they are too good a car for that!

Idea is to put in normal 24v, way more economic, easier to work on and gives away sod all in hp, should have been in the car in the first place IMO

Not the only to suffer that, had a torrodial valve supplied for a cylinder tank, didn't twig until it was filled, a lot of gas ended up vented to atmos  >:(

Just to get back on subject, spoil-sport I know, doesn't help that the poxy auto box is forever swapping cogs! The 5 speed in the Carlton could go from 17-18mph to 120 in top without thinking about it, just a brilliant pairing and made auto irrelevent! ;D

Get 23 local, just about 30 on a long run( Elite). Which is a major disappointment after constant 35's from the 24v Carlton I had, trashing the guts out of it constantly, that's progress for ya  :y

The joy of the vapouriser I have is the large volume of gas it flows, this with a couple of mixers on the twin plenum seemed a good idea combined with backfire valves just in case! Strong possibility I will take up the offer of a look over an installation  :y

Thanks for all the replies, was just wondering about systems. I've had two installed by "experts" on motorhomes and both were useless, installed a mixer system myself and its the best its ever run. :y
