Omega General Help / auto box problem!

hi guy ive alright ask you something about this topic b4 but it went away but it back and i diffrent this time the problem now is when i switch on the engine all the lights on the gear shifter lights up (when in park) move the lever to drive position the 1st gear lights up, then all the gear light up and go out after a few seconds and just drive lights up. When i put it in 3rd no lights appears. when put it in 1st gear all lights come on and flicker, reverse does not light when in gear. also sometime a symbol on the dash come on the one with a spanner. hope u can maybe help me cheers.
could u also tell me where the ecu is for the gearbox? thanks

possibly selector switch problem.  do all lights come on at same time. you can remove it and give it a damn good clean.  if this is not the problem perhaps try topping up box with atf first. hth

no they dont, but if you push up a little from 3rd drive will light up and drive. it a real pain vauxhall have said i could be the gearbox or engine ecu, they want £1,500 to change the ecu's.

hi guys, could you help me my gearbox in my omega, the problem is the lights from P to 1st gear, P lights up and 1,2,3 light up but not drive and reverse. if i put it in drive it will not change gear but will if i select 3rd it will drive. would grateful for you help.

Hi not been on here for a while and canni seem to post on the wanted section  but I was wondering if any one can help I'm after a rear bumper for my 2002 omega in z20h colour cause I'm not wanting to respray as it would be easier if it was the right colour but I can't seem to find one would be gratefull for help

hi, could you tell me where i can buy new fuel pipes i need the ones that come off the fuel filter, one goes to the fuel tank and the other one to the front of the car. my local vauxhall dealer say they cant get hold of them anymore. i really need them as soon as possiable.whould be very grateful for your help.
