Hi shanjon, update for you, ive had alt changed be cause it was knacked so before i put it on i took wire off starter cleaned it with small file ohm tested lead while working up it "wriggling it" watching metre no break's, took all five earth leads off cleaned up emery/small file what ever i could get in didn't like the look of the purchase area that they all go on so i put a 8mm washer on first then earth leads back on, cleaned bettery terminals remove all other leads cleaned them replaced all bolts with new one's nut's with built in washers on starter/alt just need to watch that bolts in battery terminals isn't to long as they will pierce battery. that's sorted mine hope it sorts yours cheers billy
