It is the triangular bit under the bonnet in front of the slam panel above the offside headlight.

Thanks for the advice Chris, repair completed.
The ball joint had popped, because the LPG loom had got caught up in mechanism.
I removed the scuttle, released the wiper mechanism fixings, stripped cables out and spliced loom together, replaced wiper mechanism fixings, refitted ball joint, replaced scuttle and replaced LPG main fuse. Job a good one.
Thanks again for the tips Chris and the help of OOF's Maintenance Guides - Scuttle removal.

Thanks for the reply Chris, sorry not answered before, computer out of action.
I think I can see whats happened. The LPG injection loom as been caught up in the mechanism.
I need to strip off the  scuttle to see further. Will have to be after the holiday.
