seller said that he changed small part (link to the stabiliser) and vibrations stopped. Anyone had similar issue and solution?

Looks like I found a really nice Omega but seller is saying that there is a problem with vibrations while breaking. Any ideas what might cause this and how serious the problem is?
Does it sound like a costly repair?

I have got this VIN number
WOLOVBP69Y1182***
1. I am not sure if 2 and 3 symbol is O or 0 (letter or digit)
2. It should be right hand drive 3.0 FL elite but after decoding I was surprised that VIN says that this is actually mv6 made in Germany
I tough RHD omegas were made in the uk. :-/
does it make any sense to you? can anyone point me website with Vauxhall VIN decoding info or just decode this vin? (last 3 digits is just a serial number)
I have spent last hour trying to find one!

I have never seen FL 3.0 elite for less than 900. I have around 1500 in the pocket and I am looking for one for more than a month! I have changed my mind about LPG. It doesn't have to be LPG converted. I am planing to buy one without LPG and then beg on this forum for some help to convert it
It looks like some people have done wonderful job with DIY conversions. I have checked for LPG kits and they don't seem to be very expensive. The bigest problem is "know how", but I am sure that I will find some people willing to help

I have spoken to the seller and he said it was for this car. The other thing is number of previous owners, 2000 reg and 5 owners... doesn't it look suspicious?
