Would bet its the AR35 if a true MV6...

It's listed as an '00 MV6 on the log book

Ther will be a plate on the side of the gearbox stating which box type you have fitted. Ar35 etc. Is yours a Facelift or prefacelift?

Omega General Help / What gearbox do I need?

The autobox in my '00 MV6 dumped all it's fluid Friday night and died, the leak is coming from the torque convertor so I'm guessing its the oil seal.

After inspection & some fresh fluid to locate the fault its clear that the best solution is to replace the box.

So my question is what box do I need, from reading through some old posts I'm guessing an A35, if that's right how do I tell an A35 is an A35?

Any help would be appreciated

Hi all, great forum, I became the proud owner of an '00 MV6 last Sunday & have been busy out enjoying it since & not had a chance to log onto the forum.

Unfortunately after 1 week of ownership the gearbox died on me Friday night so no doubt I'll be asking for some pointers over the coming weeks to get it back on the road again....
