 :D I think i'll be keeping the numbers. I worked for a Vauxhall dealer's for 15 yrs and can remember when the V6 first came out, First in the Cavalier, then the Vectra/ Omega and can remember see cars with slack timing belts and the damage done then. So yes I'm a very very lucky Bunny....LOL... ;D

Timing belt was knackered, timing out badly. Garage replaced belt and pulley's and the map sensor.  :( I now have joy joy feeling's, there was no damage to engine. Runs very smoothly.... ;D

Garage told me that the cambelt had jumped out of timing badly, Find out tomorrow.. Thinking of starting a book to see if I'm lucky not to of done any damage....Starting the odds at 5.1....lol.... ;D

Belt was changed 20000 miles ago. Wondering if pump goes if it would affect the engine. Part from noise from pump engine ran perfectly...
