once the engine heated up, when braking to stop the eml came on and the engine cut out, seems to be an awful lot about the omega i dont know yet but i am willing to learn coz its such a joy to drive
ive updated the profile bumbazor do you know what i,m looking at in cost terms for all the suggestions ive had i will look into everything tomorrow hopefully get it done over the weekend
dont have any history for it think i was lost due to its age its in immaculate condition for its year only trouble iv,e had is with the tick over it kept cutting out but i just adjusted that and it seemed to work. you mentioned the tensioners and idlers but to be honest i dont know what they are and is it a separate belt for the water pump
cam belt is that the 1 at the front of the engine coz ive seen a couple of cracks in that 1 can they be done at home or is there anything i need to know before starting it myself
hi all when starting my omega it sounds as if the oil is,nt getting to the top of the engine quick enuff this goes on for about 5-6 seconds can any1 tell me the best way to cure the problem will adding something like stp oil additive help thanks in advance
can anyone tell me where the immobiliser is on the 1994 omega 2.0 16 valve and how to take it off i have to open the doors with the key then sit inside pressing the key to get it off any help would be appreciated
