Omega General Help / Timing marks

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help with the timing of my omega its a 3.0 v6 ecotec engine.
I have changed head gaskets and am struggling to time it correctly due to someone messing about with the bottom crank! Is there a detailed diagram available anywhere that anyone knows of, help would be very much appreciated, Thanks.
