Omega General Help / Windscreen glare

Does anyone have a remedy to stop the dashboard reflection onto the windscreen? In bright sun it is almost like a net curtain (and yes the glass is clean and I have scrubbed the vinyl with a scourer to attempt a matt finish). I can't believe I am the only one that has this problem.

Thanks Rob, yes mine has self levelling suspension so I now know not to buy LSC items.

How do I know if my 2001 3.2 Elite saloon has a sports lowered chassis? I am about to buy new dampers front and rear (and whatever else). Doing this because the square speed humps are ripping the exhaust off if I straddle them. Our local council have stopped filling pot holes and are instead install speed humps.

Thanks everyone, I have never used chat things before. I do like the Omega. Mine is slightly possessed, sun roof opens and closes (sometimes) at will for no reason, sat nav disk ejects sometimes, tends to hang on to third gear forever uless I can get up to 60 and back off, radio defaults to any station it likes and it bleeps 3 or sometimes 5 times whenever I switch of and lock up. Never had a car with so much intraction before.

New to this in every way. I thought I had posted this before but heard nothing and can find nothing so here goes again. My 3.2 Elite really smells hot even after a short journey, I mean, it smells so much that passengers comment that it might catch fire. Thing is temp guage is normal, it runs OK and there are no other adverse issues. The cooling fan stays on for about 1 minute after you have shut everything up and locked the car. Garage says all is OK.

When I stop after a short journey (3 urban miles) the smell of hot engine is really pronounced (sweet smell). This is so much that passengers comment on the heat. The temp guage reads normal but I am having to top up the coolant. Garage put the system on pressure test all day and no loss of pressure.
