I took it back this morning and that's exactly what they said they put the saloon ones on and are ordering the right ones and will call me when the parts arrive but we will see thanks all for you help and advise and thank you big al for all your help.
And I've only broken one ( i miss it) the cam belt snapped on me a week before it was going in to be replaced and did a fair bit of damage.  :y

only since i had them done i will take it back to them tomorrow (local garage) and tell them they fitted the wrong ones and see what they say

okey poky i will look and see when its light and take it back and get them to replace springs as it sounds like they fitted the wrong ones. thanks for all your help

i will have to look i thought that all cdx came with ? if you can picture it my back wheel looks almost level with the wheel arch well what you can see from the side and im going cornwall soon and would like to make sure that all is good.

is that with the engine on with the self leveling of off without i only ask because i keep catching the exhaust on the damm road humps but i will go and get my tape measure and check. thanks all keep all the advice coming best forum i ever used  :y

i give it a go as i will take it back to the garage tomorrow and tell them to sort it i just wanted to know to make sure that it wasn't just me being paranoid, as it sits 34cm (13.5 inch) center of wheel to wheel arch

i have no idea the car seems smooth but when i go over speed humps slow or fast i catch the exhaust so i need to know what the ride height for the rear unloaded to see if they have been fitted right or even the right ones

hi all i need some info etc i have a omega 2.2 cdx estate y reg and i have just had the rear springs changed as they had gone however it seems to be riding low at the back but the car looks level is they any way to check? so i can to take it back if i need to

properly i don't know it all depends how good the autos are and how responsive the 2.5 cd/cdx or the 3 elite but i think i will miss it
