i have got no lights on speedo and fuel gauge .How do I get to the bulbs ? Its a 1998 2.6 Auto

hi i have an omega 2.5 petrol automatic every now and then a automatic geabox fault shows up i ust turn off then back on and it goes ok car is an S REG can it be fixed ?  Is it worth it
