Usually the microswitches that actuate the motor are dirty. The drivers door has two micro switches and a replacement unit costs more than the other doors which only have one. Try vigorously working the door pin up and down manually and see if it solved the problem. There are some good guides on this forum if you need to replace. The hardest part is getting the door trim off!
