on idle my 2.5 v revs are unstable, bouncing from about 500 to 800 rpm. any ideas how to stop this. thanx

when in third gear (auto box) there is a juddering that can get quite prominent, but it is only in that gear. how can i stop this? thanx

Fuse 15 is good and how do you take the dash out
