Newbie Welcome Area / Another newb!

Hello all... in the process of buying a 99 Omega Auto GLS (deposit put down, just waiting for my wages at end of month)! Fell in love the minute I saw the car! 
Got a smallish list of mods I want to do - mainly cosmetic stuff replacing the gaiters on the handbrake and gearshift (new to autos - is that right term?), putting in a DVD/satnav and possibly a nice new steering wheel (any advice/"don't do it!" welcome). But other than that, just looking forward to getting hold of it
