The reason I ask is that I have a spare dash unit from a 98 2.5 auto which you are happy to borrow for the cost of the postage - it might help narrow the fault down a bit?

Shows less than 140k also! 

ok mate ill have a play with my clock tomorrow and see what happens and get back 2 u on that

power steering is fine i have heard about the abs ecu faults but unlike others the abs/tc lights are coming on and  off as they should dont have cruise control but the trip computer is also reading everything fine as my first thought was speed sensor but it still shows an average speed on computer after i reset it :-/

hi i have a 1998 Sreg 2.5v6 auto omega and today the rev counter and speedo stopped working all of a sudden the abs and tc lights come on with ignition and go out when engine is running everything else is as should be just speedo and rev counter would appreciate any help/advice from anyone who has had this problem thanks andy
