Omega General Help / Air Con problems

Please can someone help me with my Air con on my 2001 omega 2.2 petrol.
the air con will only blow cold air and with temp droping below -10 im freezing
Im 72 and i love my omega but at this rate i will have to get a new car as i can not find anyone who knows what is wrong. i think they all must have trained on tractors 
any help please, it only has 64000 on the clock and very well looked after.

I am a newbi and at 72 yrs young new at the computer as well so please dont shout im old not deaf.
My Omega 2001, 2.2 petrols air con only blows cold air in the front and sometimes warm in the back? can any one help me please? i can not find any one local who knows what they are doing ( used to tractors i think )
