I reckon the BA Operations Director who was on the 6 0'clock news on day 1 time is very limited.

Someone's head will roll that's for sure.

Yeah, the UK is good about investigating afterwards and being very appologetic.  Still happens again the next time though.  >:(

At least the UK citizens couldn't have been too unhappy, queing is the national safety blanket.  :P

Boss is going to Munich next week. I pleaded with him to fly Lufthansa but no...

We'll see how much aggro he gets for the sake of a couple of Executive Club points.  ;)
