A 6 foot length of 3x3 from the ground up onto the tyre.Drive a van up the piece of wood and break the bead (both sides) then lever the tyre of the rim,seemples. ;)

Tbh, I find it easier to smash the rim off with lump hammer then weigh them and the bits in  ;)

Great stress relief when you are having a bad day too  ;D
