Would the Headrests from the pre-facelift seats (with the centre cut out) fit facelift seats (Both front and rear)?

My facelift leather seats are charcoal grey/black.
Did the pre-facelift seats come in this same colour?

And if they do fit and did come in the same colour, does anyone have any for sale?
