2.5 v6 engine problem
« on: 19 May 2012, 18:18:48 »

Hello...
Been searching the forum for almost 2h ...for my problem... havent found the solution yet :(
Maybe you guys can help...

after rough driving... i discovered that engine is working wrong... when pushing throttle it feels like engine is working only on 5 or 3 cylinders ... there are massive vibrations coming from engine.... big drop of power.... when not pushing the throttle revs drops to 500 and rising again and dropping till it stops

also my exhaust system was dead and there was only a very small hole for smoke to come out <--- that has been fixed but problem remains..

sry for my bad english...

First things first, remove the HT leads and inspect the spark plugs  :y

I have a feeling you will find oil  :y

Start with basics first, check plugs. Then move onto other things  :y
