Breakdown Cover
« on: 23 May 2012, 12:22:41 »

Has anyone had any experience of Rescuemycar.com?

Looking for cheap breakdown cover. Most journeys 5 miles or less, just the occasional longer trip.

The plan would always be to get the car home and fix it myself.

No experience of this company but if you don't travel far then a cheaper recovery service may suffice. Be aware that a lot of them will recover you to home (if not more than ten miles away) or to the nearest garage. If this suits your needs then this is fine.

I'm with the AA with family cover. Not cheap but hopefully piece of mind when the kids (both in their twenties) are out in their cars.

Best to double check what they will and won't do.  :y
