Hej!

Opel Omega 1995, 2.5 V6 benzine

I was driving yesterday with about 110km/h when i heard some things hitting my car, road being clean, after few seconds again and the battery indicator turned on. I puled as fast it was possible, opened the hud and i so the belt what is rotating the alternator off, is the belt pointed in the next image. The belt is in 1 piece , not braked. I don't have a picture off my engine, the image is borrowed from an x30xe and is similar with mine.
Question 1: What is the worst scenario?
question 2: what is the name of belt?

Being Saturday after 20.00, i wasn't able to talk with any mechanic. Now the car is about 100km away from home and the worst scenarios are in my head. :(

Auxilary belt.Shouldnt have caused any damage. Check condition of tensioner, investigate why belt came off,put new belt on.

As Albs said. Tensioner pulley is the wheel directly to the left of the red arrow
