Cheating on border - he didn't get away with it
« on: 02 June 2012, 14:08:00 »

As I mentioned a couple of times often go to the neighbour Ukraine to fill up my tank as there is huge difference between prices here and there. Not looking only at fuel but tobacco and other goods as well. This differ helps some people to decide they do try smuggle or not - some ones try of course. Yesterday occured the next on the border: a custom officier asked the head of a family if they had any limited goods in the car. The answer was not then asked again neither alcohol product nor any tobacco? The answer was not again but in this moment the bright 4yrs kind child of the family asked too : yes dad we have cigarette did you forget it? Ofiicier like an eagle got react at once and was asking the boy away : "and where are they could you show me them? If you show me I'll give you a real custom officier badge!" "Here in the place of airbag but please don't tell about it to other officier! "  ;D ;D ;D

Children can get you in an awful lot of trouble without realising it at all. Mine normally get me in trouble with the missus cos I was going to fast or getting some sideways action lol

Mothers can be as bad. On one of my visits by the local Constabulary in my youth, I had my story all worked out.I was confident I could talk my way out of it  - again.
Mum answered the door to Mr Plod and immediately said "now, he knows he,s done wrong and hes sorry. He has learnt his lesson".  ::) ;D ;D ;D
Five minutes later he,s reading me my rights....... :'( ::)
