Believe so, as both have airbags, not the other way round though, as the Facelifts made changes to the head restraint for safety reasons.

As long as you don't want seat heaters. If its leather, thats a step too far for me...

Yea they will be leather, why wont the heated seats work, and will the forward and back electric function work on the cdx as mine are the manual ones :y

Not a problem as MFL SRS system will still be the same with F/L seats fitted ;)

The heated seats on the Facelift are adjustable 0 TO 5, they are just on and off on the mini facelift. You'll also need to follow the wiring diagram in the how to section for the drivers sides seat ;)

The heaters - specifically the heating controller in the car - are electrically incompatible.

TBH, fit the 'correct' seats.
