Brake fluid capacity?

For a V6 ? need to do a change and have around 4 litres

More than enough, 1L would do it, if pumping it through all 4 callipers  :y

Yep, and I wouldn't buy brake fluid in larger quantities than 1 litre. 4 litres would go off in the bottle before I used half of it, I reckon.

If it's been sitting around in that bottle for a while make sure it's reasonably light in colour with no black deposits, and I'd recommend using 1 litre and then decanting the rest into smaller bottles so you can fill them to the brim and exclude air. That way it'll keep longer. (if the bottles are clear, keep out of sunlight too)
