« on: 07 October 2012, 22:40:57 »

Anyone got any ideas as to why my parking sensors start bleeping when I brake, It's only just started doing it. :-\ I've got front and rear fitted.

Are they wired into the brake lights instead of the reversing lights?

Try disconnecting the front then the rear in turn. That will at least narrow it down a bit.Beyond that - sorry, dunno.Maybe a short of some description ?

It`s the front sensors, they become "live" when the brakes are applied. Two possibilities, one or more sensors faulty or the front end dips enough whilst applying the brakes to activate the alarm signal
