Rear tow hook attachment

170k and eight years have taken their toll on the rear tow hook mounting, such that its rusted to buggery. Is it easily replaceable, or is it as I suspect part of the chassis?

 I'd look myself but it's in the workshop back-end first and I can't get to it. And I'm lazy.
