What encryption protocol is the wireless router (assuming router, if you're using adhoc, you're up a smelly brown inlet, with no paddles)

Have you got other kit connected to the router over wireless??

Do you need to tell the nexus the protocol you are using or does it try to guess it......

The default wi-fi password is all uppercase on Sky routers, are you typing it in uppercase on the tablet?

I got an android tab earlier this week. As soon as I turned it on it asked for my bt password and connected. Sorry I can't help you out Jon, I do hope you get it sorted.

The password should be visible, one letter at a time, as you type it. Don't forget you have to tap the key twice to caps lock, a blue line should appear on the key.
