its early days dont give up on it just yet,try a small dab in each corner of the said sarny and go from there.as it gets better try a dab inbetween the corner dabs and hopefully one day you will get to a few dabs in the middle then slowly reintroduce the spreading of the entire slice of bread untill normal service resumes,i wish you all the best in this quest of righteousnous towards yeast extract enhanced foods  :-*
Marmite in a sarnie? YUCK!! ;D

I think it was Friday that did it, 4 slices of Marmite on toast for breakkie as I was starving (after missing out on dinner the night before due to other commitments).

Last time I had 4 slices, I had the same problem  :-[

Resolution - seemples - don't be greedy - 3 slices only ::)
But I was sooooo hungi....

Actually, chilli con carne is what I meant. Kidney beans or something...

You OK with Baked Beans? ???

Probably the Kidney Beans TBH.

But look at it this way, at least it's not a trip to hospital every time you discover something else that doesn't agree :-X :o

Hmmm I think it's a bit more than "can be", probably usually. Vomiting and s&%$ts.

The ones in packets are as hard as nails......you have to soak them for hours and then boil them.
The ones in tins are soft......you can squish them quite easily......already cooked  :y
