A silver saloon with an OOF sticker in the rear window, registration ended in GBH and you were in the West Quay area (I was on the way to my fateful visit to Ikea)..

Wrong number plate for mums (my old car) car.  And it has not moved much lately as waiting for coil pack to be delivered.
