On Sat morning i popped into vx dealer to get cambelt kit......dealer accepted my old card and explained what happend when i leant my neighbour my card.

Long story short.....i leant my card out to neighbour......but coz it was so outa date......vx dealer phoned TC.....to confirm card was still valid.

TC told vx dealer TC number was still valid but TC account was on hold!! Dealer asked why......TC said nothing on account to say why......Dealer asked what happens next then.......TC told him....to accept the card.....and as they dont know why it was on hold.....they'll just 'unhold' the account.......

So i should be getting a new card and book shortly now according to vx dealer.......

But why my account was put on 'hold' im totally lost on........its not as tho i dont spend at the vx dealer  :-/

Ive just got confirmation through that ive now got a TC card which I applied for on the 5th March

My new TC card and yellow book came in fine. However the two knowledgeable and friendly Gentleman from the Parts counter at my Dealer left the company, one retired early due to ill health and the other just left, so the Dealer have someone temping (on loan from another branch apparently), which is no good for me
