Ok!  Thanks! :D :D :y :y :y :y  It was simpler than I thought!  I believed somehow other members knew a special way of doing it, as I always think things have to be complicated with computers! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D 

That is after one basic programming course, two college courses, another two computer training courses taking Pre-Access and Access, plus university computer training!  I can navigate around Excel, doing spreadsheets without bother, carry out graphic construction with Inspiration 8 IE plus operating other programmes, but sometimes when I get to simple stuff I go into 'empty' mode! ;D ;D ;D ;D :y
