Rough Justice ?

News items like this which don't appear much in our press raise some serious questions.

All too often when some crime is commited we get a hang'em-shoot'em-lock'emupforever response, but could this be the long term result ?

Maybe these two were guilty as hell and deserved it, but then again maybe not. Either way, what a deterrent.

A public flogging never did anyone any harm ... bring it back i say . And it would be more of a deterrent than sending some of these criminals to prison .

Just say thank God for our system of justice where you are tried by a court before conviction or non-conviction is decided.

This happened in Egypt were normal justice has broken down since the revolution. ::) ::) ::)
