Replace the HBV about 3-4 years ago ... suspect?

Or could it be a leaking matrix?

look at where the HBV is whilst someone plays round with the heater settings... it will, at some point, pish out if its the hbv  :y

if you conclude its a blocked matrix.... there is an excellent guide (by jimbob i think) in the maintenance section re how to flush it  :y

(i think hbv though if you have a water loss too)
