virtual phone numbers
« on: 20 April 2013, 11:35:55 »

Does anyone use this kind of setup for there business or know much about it.

Land line to mobile call divert comes out quite expensive from my current phone provider (virgin) so wondered what the alternatives are.

I want to be able to provide a local land line number with the convenience of a mobile.

I used to use a 07050 number......but then the customer gets charged about 30p per min.

I think the choice you have is........either you pay the cost of the call divert or the customer does  :-\

One option to possibly consider, Virgin Landline to Virgin Mobile calls are free. I have Virgin landline Xl package with calls always diverted to Virgin mobile. The only cost to me is the £8.00 per month for the XL package. Callers only pay to call a landline.
