Bench cleaned the bloody thing and I cant tell which one is which 

The maintenance guides pickys are for a 3ltr's which is different

Next time your strip your PC Keyboard down to clean it, take a photo before hand so you know where all the Keys buttons go back.

I "refurbished" my alternator last august. I replaced the voltage controller and diodes just in case. £90 :/
