convert headlights

hi can i ask? can you use headlights from a other miggy and convert them to hid for my mv6?

Mv6 should be standard hids,look and see if there is a headlight beam adjustment level control by headlight switch if there isn't it has hids

yip i have hids but they are a mess so have chance of getting a couple new headlights but they don't have the ballast etc do other headlights have the sockets etc to plug in the ballast and extra wiring required to make them hid's thanks

You need to buy the correct units,due to how the beam pattern is spread etc

If the problem with your lights is the lenses ? they can be swapped over easily enough. :y

You can use the lights from ANY facelift CDX/MV6/Elite/Plod :y

 swapping lenses is not difficult you just need a hair drier.
 warm the edge of the lenses up and gently prise it off.

ok thanks to all think will get replacement lights then tidy up others for spares when have time so many thanks :y
