auto gearbox

Hi all just when I thought it was safe to go out in your omega gearbox glunk ?? donmt know if that  right word , going from drive to park or neutral theres a big glunk sound looked at forum as to what still not sure is it link or box  :-\  any strong suggestions apart from scrap l;ol appreciated.

Can't make out what you are saying.

However, if the gearbox is rough when going between D, N, R, check fluid level
