That matches my handbook for a 2000 omega, but it doesn't match the diagram on the inside of the fuse box flap.

There's a way of running the fans by bridging terminals in the pink 'connector' in the triangular fuse box under the bonnet. I have a copy of what does what, but it doesn't post well here & I think there might be a copyright issue ...... email me
