Apparently there are five more  psychopaths in banking than in any other profession.

I really shouldn't be surprised at this, as many psychopaths are selfish......manipulative.....and exhibit a total lack  of kindness or empathy for any other human beings.

I'm not a psycho but I am pretty thick so I'll need to Google this one.

Belbin are a series of tests applied to job applicants to find what sort of person they are, what motivates them and so on.

Folklore has it that all Virgin managers are a certain type e.g.  JDET or similar (Shaper). That way the top brass don't have to spend time figuring out what motivates them (e.g. doing a good job, doing what is right for the customer and so on). Anyone who doesn't get that four letter result doesn't progress any further in their recruitment process.
