Stay safe by being very careful what you open in the way of attachments, even if they are from a known trusted source.

That particular one has been running for several months, although the infection method has been used for years.

Basic online security should protect most - never run as an admin, keep software updated, and never, ever, ever open attachments, even from people you know, unless its 100% expected.
